Yellow Fragrant Hanging Basket Begonia - 3 tubers

2 tubers had no roots and the 3rd had only a few. All 3 tubers were small and seemed light-weight for their size, maybe dried out.
2 of them haven't sprouted yet but the 3rd may turn our OK. Not a good purchase.
