This root came with several other varieties that were healthy but I was surprised to see the Mons. Jules peony came dry and dead. Though at first disappointed Desiree asked no questions and sent a healthy one that came in 3 days. I gave 5 stars because the replacement came right away and is growing great with the rest of the order. The experience has given me confidence in the company and their service.
